Our focus is apprenticeships, where we recruit people into employment with a range of businesses from solicitors, accountants and estate agents to large commercial organisations. We established in 1985 and have a long-standing reputation as a high-quality training provider and are part of the Skills Academy Wales Consortium (SAW) led by NPTC Group.
Coleg Y Cymoedd engages with over 1000 employers providing training, a wide range of apprenticeship programmes and facilities hire. We work with some of the leading employers in Wales, delivering training to their apprentices as well as developing bespoke training packages to meet industry needs. Our work with employers is based on a true partnership and collaboration, which is open, honest and evaluative.
ITeC Digital Training are a Swansea based IT training provider. Our goal is to provide a unique environment to foster lifelong learning, innovation and to inspire the next generation of the IT/ Digital workforce. Apprentices are our future workforce, Managers, Directors and are key to our economy and prosperous future. They gain valuable skills and knowledge to support businesses across Wales.
Gwendraeth Valley Community Enterprise Limited (GVCE Ltd) trading as Jobforce Wales, was set up in 1985 to alleviate unemployment in the Gwendraeth Valley. In 2009, the company became part of Skills Academy Wales and in 2011 became a wholly own subsidiary of NPTC Group. The company is recognised for offering high quality training to support the development of skills within the workplace through the Welsh Government’s well-established Apprenticeship Programme. The geographical areas covered by the company are Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.
LearnKit is a specialist training company delivering Apprenticeships in Dental Nursing throughout Wales. In 2009, the company became part of Skills Academy Wales and in 2013 became a wholly own subsidiary of NPTC Group. The company is recognised for delivering high quality training to support the development of skills within the workplace through the Welsh Government’s well-established Apprenticeship Programme.
LearnKit has a longstanding reputation within the Dental Care network in Wales for working effectively with employers to provide training and support for Trainee Dental Nurses to gain the qualifications necessary to become competent Dental Care Practitioners.
LRC Training was established by Llanelli Rural Council in 1988, originally to deliver employability programmes to unemployed adults. In 2009, LRC Training became a founder member of Skills Academy Wales. Today, the organisation delivers Apprenticeship Programmes in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration and Customer Services. Working with employers across Wales, we deliver niche provision at levels 2-4. It is our mission to develop and deliver training programmes that will positively influence the lives of our learners.
NPTC Pathways Training is a proud provider that delivers personalised, industry-recognised qualifications across Mid and South-West Wales, in sectors ranging from Healthcare to Motor Vehicle. All our assessors have a vast amount of industry experience and knowledge to support learners with their qualifications and employers along their journeys.

Sirius Skills is a training company providing a full range of services to businesses and people that support growth and development. Started in 2010 by founders Claire and Mark Woods, Sirius Skills now offers QCF Delivery Support from level 2-5 across a range in various areas. Choose from a range of courses in Childcare (CCPLD), Health and Social Care (HSC), Playwork, Management, Team Leading and Essential skills. We aim to facilitate learning as best we can, therefore offer these in both Welsh and English. At Sirius Skills, we are passionate about learning and development, ensuring that all learners are supported throughout the process.
Tooth Fairies is a dental specific training centre offering ample development opportunities for all. We offer dental nurse diplomas on a commercial and fully government funded basis across the whole of Wales. In addition, we offer a large number of CPD courses for whole teams and additional skills courses for Dental Care Practitioner’s to allow them to expand their scope of practice.
We are the forefront of innovation in unplanned clinical care. We provide thousands of patients a year with advice, support and signposting to the right services through our “hear and treat” services. This includes the 111 service and our Clinical Desk. We take hundreds of thousands of patients to a place of care, or home, every year through our Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS).
